निसर्गाच्या सान्निध्यात

मनुष्याचे धावते जीवन, कामाचे ओझे, संबंधाची गुंतागूंत ह्यात आणखीन भर म्हणजे आपल्या मनात रोजच्या कामाचा कोलाहल, ताण-तणाव. कधी-कधी ह्या सर्वां पासुन खूप दूर कुठेतरी दाट वनराई मध्ये, पक्षांचे कर्ण मधुर आवाज, कार्याची झुळूक ह्या पर्वांमध्ये कुठे अलगद येणारा झऱ्याचा आवाज ———- ह्यांचा सहवास हवाहवासा वाटतो.

 

कधी समुद्र किनारी, वाळू मध्ये अनवाणी चालताना, लाटांचे आवाज, विशाल निळे आकाश, अथांग सागर, आकाशामध्ये ईश्वराने केलेली रंगांची उधळण ——— हें सारे दृश्य मनाच्या खोल दरीत घेऊन जाते. ही निसर्गाची साथ मनाला शांत, विशाल ——— बनवते. जेव्हा प्रकृतीचे ही सुंदर रचना बघतो तेव्हा नेहमी एक गाणं मनामध्ये अलगद गुणगुणलं जाते ‘ ये कौन चित्रकार हैं, ये कौन चित्रकार —-’ ईश्वराची ही चित्रकारी खरंच अद्भुत आहे.

 

निसर्गाचे कोणते ही रूप असो मग तो एखादा पक्षी, प्राणी वा छोटासा जीव असो, झाडे-फुले, फळे ———– असो सर्वांमध्ये काही ना काही विशेषता भरली आहे . ह्या सर्व दृश्यांना पाहण्यासाठी मनुष्याकडे आज वेळ कुठे आहे ? आजच्या गतिशील जीवनामध्ये विदयार्थी वर्ग पुस्तकांचे ओझे उचलून शाळेकडे धावताना दिसतो. धावत-पळत ट्रेन पकडणाऱ्यांची तऱ्हाच वेगळी आणि व्यापारी वर्ग सकाळी उठताच share market चे भाव बघण्यामध्ये दंग. बाल-वृद्ध सर्वच आज ह्या रहाटगाड्यात अडकलेले दिसतात. कामकाजा व्यतिरिक्त काही बोलणे, ऐकणे आणि विचार ही करणे आज कठीण होऊन बसले आहे.

 

‘ मन स्वस्थ तरं तन स्वस्थ ’ ह्या गणिताला लक्षात ठेवायला हवे. मनाला ताजेतवाने करण्यासाठी रोज थोडासा वेळ निसर्गाबरोबर घालवावा. खिडकीमध्ये किंवा बाल्कनीमध्ये उभे राहून हिरवेगार वृक्ष पाहावे, पक्षांची किलबिल ऐकावी ——– निसर्गाचे छोटेसे सुंदर रूप पाहून ही मनाला सुखद अनुभव मिळू शकतो. आठवड्यातून एकदा किंवा महिन्यातून एकदा खास वेळ काढून जवळपासच्या बागेत किंवा समुद्राच्या किनारी बसून मनाला ताणतणावाच्या विचारांपासून रिक्त करावे. प्रकृतीची पाच ही रूपे ( जल, अग्नि, वायू, आकाश, पृथ्वी ) आपल्याला खूप काही देत आहेत. त्यांची साथ आपल्याला नि:स्वार्थ प्रेम करायला शिकवते, उदार होऊन दुसऱ्यासाठी खूप काही करण्याची शक्ति देते, विशाल हृदयामध्ये सगळे हेवेदावे सामावून घेण्याची कला शिकवते, मनाला पवित्र करण्याची विधी मिळते,  कोणी कसे ही असो परंतु मायेचा विसावा दयायला शिकवते.

 

निसर्गाने बनवलेल्या नियमा अनुसार चालणारा व्यक्तीच आपले तन – मन स्वस्थ ठेवू शकतो. ज्यांनी शरीराची १०० वर्षे ओलांडली अशा काही लोकांशी चर्चा केली तेव्हा त्यांनी लवकर उठणे – लवकर झोपणे त्याचबरोबर समतोल आहार आणि विचारांची सकारात्मकता ह्यावर विशेष लक्ष ठेवले.  पहाटेचा सूर्य, त्याची सोनेरी किरणे, ढगांवर चढलेली त्या किरणांची लालिमा, पक्षांचे उडते थवे, कोंबड्यांची आरव ——- जसे जीवनालाच नव्याने सुरुवात करायला सांगते.

 

रोज निसर्ग उदार होऊन आपले मातृप्रेम आपल्यावर ओतत असतो. गुणांची उधळण करत राहतो. प्रकृतीचे एक-एक रूप अनेकानेक गुणांनी भरले आहे.

 

धरती :-

‘ धरती माता ’ हा शब्द आपण ऐकतो. खरंच ह्या वसुंधरेने आपल्या भल्यामोठ्या पदरात सर्वांना सामावून घेतले आहे. पशू , पक्षी, मनुष्य सर्वांचे पालन-पोषण करत राहते. आज ह्या धरेवर गगनचुंबी इमारती बनवल्या जात आहेत. कितीतरी प्रकल्प राबवले जातात. त्यासाठी ह्या धरतीमातेची चिरफाड केली जाते, ह्या सर्वांना प्रेमाने सहन करून नेहमीच विशाल हृदयामध्ये आपल्या लेकरांना सामावून घेते. सर्वांची भूक भागवण्यासाठी उत्पादन करत राहते.  सामावून घेणे आणि सहन करण्याची अफाट क्षमता ह्या धारांमध्ये दिसते. आपण ही सहनशील बनून सर्वांना सामावून घेऊया.

 

सागर :-

‘ जल हेच जीवन ’ मानले जाते. जर मनुष्याच्या जीवनामध्ये पाण्याचा अभाव असेल तर पूर्ण जीवन विस्कळीत होते. मनुष्य अन्नाशिवाय काही दिवस जगू शकतो परंतु पाण्याशिवाय जीवन जगणे कठीण.  जमिनीला सुपीक बनवण्यासाठी सुद्धा पाण्याची गरज लागते. शरीरामध्ये ७० % पेक्षा जास्त पाणी राहते. पाण्याची मात्रा कमी झाली की शरीराच्या कार्यपद्धतीमध्ये बिघाड येतो. त्वचेवर ही त्याचा परिणाम होतो. जल तत्व किती महत्वाचे आहे हे तर आपण सर्व जाणतोच. पाणी शीतलतेचे प्रतीक आहे पण पाणी जर उफाळून आले तर सर्व सृष्टीला उध्वस्त ही करू शकते.  सृजन आणि संहार ह्या दोन्ही गोष्टी दिसून येतात.

 

अग्नि :-

अग्नि ‘ पवित्रते ’ चे प्रतिक आहे. अग्निमध्ये वस्तूला परिवर्तन तसेच पवित्र करण्याची शक्ति आहे. प्रत्येक शुभकार्यामध्ये अग्निचे विशेष स्थान दिसून येते. जसे लोखंडाला अग्निमध्ये टाकले तर ते mold होऊ शकते, सोन्याला आगीत टाकले तर त्याच्यातली खाद नष्ट होते. परिवर्तन करण्याची, स्वच्छ करण्याची क्षमता ह्या अग्नि तत्वामध्ये आहे.

 

आकाश :-

आकाश ‘ विशालते ’ चे प्रतिक आहे. जेव्हा कधी आकाशाकडे लक्ष जाते, विचारांमध्ये विशालता येते. मन काही कारणाने संकुचित झाले असेल ते विशाल बनवण्यास मदत मिळते.

 

वायू :-

वायू हे वेगाचे प्रतिक आहे.  धूळ माती, कचरा ह्याला उडवून लावण्याची, फेकण्याची शक्ति आहे. जीवनामध्ये जेव्हा समस्या येतात तेव्हा त्यांना वाऱ्यासारखे उडवून लावण्याची क्षमता आपल्यामध्ये आहे. विचारांचा कचरा रोज मनातून फेकण्यासाठी, घालवण्यासाठी वायूसमान वेग धरण्याची कला आपण आत्मसात करावी.

 

प्रकृतीचे सानिध्य विचारांना नवजीवन देते.  भारत भूमिवर कितीतरी योगी, तपस्वी, साधू —— होऊन गेले ज्यांनी निसर्गाशी सुसंवाद साधून परमात्म सुखांची प्राप्ती केली.  निसर्गाची सोबत मनुष्याला विनाशी इच्छांपासून दूर घेऊन जाते. स्वसंवाद साधण्यासाठी ही मदत करते.

 

आजच्या धकाधकीच्या  जीवनात मनुष्य ‘ ध्यान साधना ’ चे महत्व समजत आहे. पण ध्यान करण्यासाठी स्वतः ला  एखादया खोलीत बंद करून बसण्याची गरज नाही. मनाला मुक्ततेचा अनुभव करायचा असेल तर प्रकृतीचा सहवास करावा. Meditation करताना खूपदा music लावले जाते ज्यामध्ये लाटांचा, वाऱ्याचा किंवा पक्ष्यांचा आवाज ऐकतात आणि त्या अनुसार चित्रिकरण करत —- करत —- मनाला एकाग्र केले जाते. पण जर निसर्गाचे सानिध्य मिळाले तर मनातल्या दुर्भावना दूर करण्यास, स्वतः ला परिवर्तन करण्यास मदत मिळते, असम्भव वाटणाऱ्या सर्व गोष्टी सहज सम्भव वाटू लागतात .

 

आपल्या ह्या वेगवान जीवनाला थोडे संथ करण्यासाठी, मनाचे उधाण कमी करण्यासाठी, तणावमुक्त होण्यासाठी —— निसर्गाशी संवाद साधा मग बघाच कसे जीवनाचे रूप change होते का नाही ?
